Dr. Hadi Sarvari is a Senior Researcher at Birmingham City University, specializing in construction safety, health, and sustainability. He also serves as a researcher at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and as an Assistant Professor in Construction Management at the Islamic Azad University, Isfahan (Iran). His academic interests include construction contract management, project planning and control, maintenance management, and performance evaluation in infrastructure projects. Dr. Sarvari has received multiple awards for his teaching and research, including the Best Lecturer Award (2018) and Distinguished Researcher Award (2021). He has published extensively on topics such as PPP projects, risk management, BIM, and maintenance, and actively contributes as a reviewer and editorial board member for several international journals and conferences.

Prof. Ji Wang has been a Qianjiang Chair Professor at Ningbo University since 2002 and served as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies from 2013 to 2019. He is the founding director of the Piezoelectric Device Laboratory, recognized as a Key Laboratory by the Municipality of Ningbo. Prior to his academic career, he held senior engineering roles at SaRonix, NetFront Communications, and Epson Palo Alto Laboratory. Professor Wang earned his PhD and Master's from Princeton University (1996, 1993) after his bachelor's degree from Gansu University of Technology. His research focuses on acoustic waves, high-frequency vibrations, and resonator design within elastic and piezoelectric solids. He has authored over 240 journal papers and holds patents in the U.S. and China. He is actively involved in various international committees, including IEEE UFFC and IEC TC-49, and serves as the founding chair of CSTAM's Committee on Mechanics of Electronic & Magnetic Devices and SPAWDA. From 2015 to 2020, he was editor-in-chief of Structural Longevity.

Prof. Fabio Casciati held the position of full professor in Scienza delle Costruzioni at the University of Pavia from 1980 to 2019. He is currently affiliated with Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. He served as President of the European Association for the Control of Structures from 2003 to 2008 and led the International Association for Structural Control and Monitoring (IASC) from 2000 to 2004. He is the editor of the International Journal of Smart Structures and Systems and serves on the editorial boards of several prominent journals in the field.

Prof. Yew Kee Wong is a computer science professor and AI researcher with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Nottingham Trent University (UK), where he was the youngest ever undergraduate and PhD student. He has held senior academic roles, including Professor at BASIS International School Guangzhou and Senior Programme Director at The University of Hong Kong (HKU-SPACE). Earlier in his career, he worked as an AI consultant for HP and Unisys.

Dr. Heah Cheng Yong is a leading researcher in materials engineering, known for his work in geopolymer science and sustainable construction materials. He leads the Green Materials Research Group and is a key member of the Center of Excellence Geopolymer and Green Technology (CEGeoGTech), focusing on eco-friendly alternatives to traditional materials. His research covers geopolymer synthesis, waste reuse, microwave absorption, mechanical performance, and material characterization. Dr. Heah has published widely in top journals and was named among the World Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University in 2022 and 2024. He has led and contributed to various national and international research projects, especially in one-part geopolymer binders, hybrid cement systems, and advanced composites. His work connects scientific research with practical solutions for green construction and infrastructure.

Dr. Liew earned her bachelors and PhD degrees from Universiti Malaysia Perlis. She has over 14 years of experience in geopolymer materials research and has received multiple national and international research grants. Her work is widely recognized and published in high-impact journals and international conferences. She also contributes as a journal reviewer, technical committee member, editorial board member, and jury member for various academic and research platforms.

Dr. Zairi Ismael Rizman is a senior lecturer at the School of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA. He holds a PhD in Photonic Electrical Engineering from Universiti Malaya and a Master's in Microelectronics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research interests include antennas, microwaves, photonics, fiber lasers, microelectronics, and communication engineering. He is an active member and fellow of several professional societies, serves on multiple journal editorial boards, and has published extensively. Dr. Rizman also reviews for top journals, chairs conference sessions, and has won various innovation awards. His profile is listed in Marquis Who's Who in the World (2016).

Dr. Mihail Lucian Birsa is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. In 2003, he was awarded a prestigious fellowship by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, which enabled him to conduct research under the mentorship of Professor Henning Hopf at TU Braunschweig, Germany. Since then, he has received multiple return fellowships from the Foundation in recognition of his continued contributions to the field. Dr. Birsa has authored over 125 peer-reviewed journal articles and more than 45 books and book chapters published by reputable publishers such as John Wiley & Sons and Thieme. Dr. Laura Gabriela Sarbu is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. She earned her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in 2015. During her doctoral studies, she collaborated on multiple occasions with the research team of Professor Dr. Henning Hopf at TU Braunschweig, Germany. Dr. Sarbu has authored over 55 articles in peer-reviewed journals and has published four books. She also serves on the editorial boards of more than 25 scientific journals, including Advances in Medical and Clinical Research, Annals of Clinical and Laboratory Recerca, Chemical Glycobiology Journal, International Journal of Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry, Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences at Green Chemistry, and Journal of Molecular Biology and Drug Design.

Prof. Ayat-Allah Bouramdane is a professor and researcher at the International University of Rabat. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, her work centers on the modeling and optimization of energy systems, with a comprehensive approach that incorporates technical, economic, environmental, and social dimensions. Her research also explores the impacts of climate change, strategies for its mitigation and adaptation, hydrogen value chain technologies, and issues related to climate justice.

Dr. Mohammad Arif Kamal has over 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and professional practice in the field of architecture. His key areas of research include Environmental Design, Sustainable Architecture, Architectural Design, Building Technology, Low Energy Architecture, Green Buildings, Infrastructure Planning, Building Construction, and Heritage Conservation. He is currently recognized as the most published and most cited researcher in the field of Architecture in India. According to Scopus (Author ID: 56921383300), he holds an h-index of 15, an i10-index of 31, and has received over 1300 citations to date. His contributions are also reflected on Google Scholar and Research Gate plat forms. Dr. Kamal has recently authored 12 books on Building Construction Technology, published by Eliva Press, Europe. In addition, he has edited 5 special topic volumes on Sustainable Building Materials, published by Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland, all of which are Scopus-indexed. He remains actively engaged in promoting sustainable practices in architecture and frequently collaborates with colleagues, faculty members, and research scholars across institutions. He also supports academic events and conferences by contributing and encouraging wider participation.

Danial Mohammadzadeh S. is a lecturer with over ten years of experience in teaching and research in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering. He holds a degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. He has taught at several universities including Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Azad University of Mashhad, and others. He has authored over 60 publications, 11 inventions, 11 research projects, and 4 books, with over 1,210 citations and an h-index of 18. He is a member of ASCE, serves on the editorial board of four journals, reviews for five journals and fifteen international conferences, and has been invited as a speaker at six international conferences. Currently, he is also the head of the Geotechnical Unit at Khorasan Razavi Construction Engineering Organization and a key consultant to various research and innovation bodies in the region.

Dr. Hedayat Omidvar holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering (2002) and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on oil and gas strategy (2018). He has been with the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC) since 1992, currently serving as Head of Project Planning and Control in the Research & Technology Department. He has held several leadership roles within the International Gas Union (IGU), including Chair of the Energy Policy Task Force (2018 to 2021), Secretary of the Utilization Committee (2015 to 2018), and member of multiple IGU committees from 2003 onward. He has also contributed to the UNECE Group of Experts on Gas since 2016. Dr. Omidvar is a long-standing member of several professional organizations including the IIE, AIHA, and IIIE. He has received multiple commendation letters from the Deputy Petroleum Minister and Managing Director of NIGC for his exemplary contributions, along with diplomas recognizing his service to the IGU.
